Terms and conditions

This class can be physically demanding. There are a few things to keep in mind. You will be asked to be on the floor and will be doing chest compressions. If you have any conditions, injuries or recent surgeries that would prevent you from participating in all activities, please reschedule for a time more fitting.

 

If for any reason you are unable to attend or need to reschedule a course please contact Nathan at (801) 852-8669. We will try and be as understanding as possible although If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours prior to class, no refund or credit will be issued. If you do need to reschedule there is a $28 nonrefundable fee and must be set up before 48 hours with Nathan at (801) 852-8669.

If you have selected a Blended Learning course you are required to complete the online assignment before class, as this was designed to prepare you for your in person skills session. If you do not complete the online assignment before class you will not be able to attend the skills session. If you do posses a verifiable unexpired certificate for the course you are attending you will not be required to complete the online assignment.
